[missing-sync-palmos-talk] corrupted address book

Hi, I am new to Mac (OS 10.4.3). I just bought the missing sync and  
have tried to sync my contacts with the Mac address book. However,  
after the sync, the entries on my mac and Treo 650 became jumbled  
into other categories. Several entries went missing too. Am I missing  
some steps?

Please help.
