You'r best bet is talking to the people at Natara, they released the format
for v3 a year or so and I wrote a Palm => OPML conversion app. A couple of
months ago I started to use Bonsai myself and it was my intention to improve
the support by adding OPML => Palm ... and perhaps even write an application
with direct support for this (would probably never have happened because of
lack of time ... but at least I wanted to ;-).
Anyway, with the release of v4 the old format is not valid anymore and the
Natara people will not release the v4 format.
So, my suggestion would be to suggest to them (they are really nice people)
to write a Palm <=> XML conduit (they are starting to use the XML format for
their windows apps if I've understood things correctly) and then we can find
an application that would make it easy to read & write these XML files
