[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Apple Powerbook G4 and Palm T5

I have a Apple Powerbook G4 and Palm T5 and just preformed a Sync  
operation. Al of my addresses have disappeared on both the Palm as  
well as the computer. With the Address Book program running I've gone  
to the File Menu, Revert To Address Book Backup. It then takes me to  
the Home folder, Library, Application Support, Address Book. All of  
the Address Book data files are grayed out. I'm assuming this to mean  
that the information is gone.

Any suggestions on how to retrieve this information?
