[missing-sync-palmos-talk] using flash/MissingSync with in a Treo

Hi All:

Just wondering how people with the Treo phone are working with M/S  
and flash cards?  I can't get anything to work.  I've tried  
MissingSync in conjunction with SplashPhoto but no luck.
