You choose one or the other. With the M/S conduits, you don't need to
sync via iSync. When you sync with the M/S conduits, it puts the data
in the same place that iSync does (Sync Services), so it will appear
in Address Book and iCal. (I understand that there are some reasons
to be able to sync all devices at once, but Apple has pretty much
removed this functionality from iSync.)
