[missing-sync-palmos-talk] unable to get iTunes to sync

Hi -

I'm using 5.0.3b6 and unable to get iTunes to sync to my T/X's SD  
card. It's a newly formatted card and I'm only trying to sync plain  
old MP3s. They're not protected in any way, not in unusual format,  
etc. I get the following error in the log:

Unable to install file "10 Alberto Balsalm.mp3" (err=0x2A02). The  
handheld may not be able to play that format.

That just happens to be, alphabetically, the first song in the list.  
If I remove it from the playlist, whatever the next song in the list  
is, gives the same error message so it's not that song specifically.  
Any ideas?
