I knocked-up a quick script in TextMate to produce the traditional  
journal view from all the notes, i.e. grouped by day and ordered by  
time. Each journal entry also has a link which when clicked opens the  
entry in TextMate. It's simple but it works really well. If anybody  
wants to try it then let me know and I'll post it somewhere. It  
requires Tiger and, of course, TextMate from http://www.macromates.com
