The two selections are pretty much equivalent, and I see how they can
be confusing.
However, synchronizing just the contacts displayed as "All" in AB
still require us to generate the category associations, because they
*really are categorized* in groups in AB. They MUST be put into a
category on your Palm - that's a requirement of the Palm app. What
would they be categorized as otherwise?
There is not a way to do what you're looking for. My suggestion: sync
them all, and then set your category popup to "All" on your device.
Same list as the desktop.
