I am trusting you mean the TREO * 650 *

You can buy fully unlocked TREOs but I have not heard of a unit that
supports both CDMA and GSM (they are two different radio technologies)

Try asking around on www.treonauts.com - the guy who runs that site is in
England and he knows EVERYTHING about the TREO.

(P.S. IMHO the TREO rocks! And I can hardly wait for the 700P to come out -
sometime later this year)
