The issue you mentioned that was addressed in the 5.1 beta really had  
nothing to do with what you described; it was just something that was  
annoying to me and only happened if the Install conduit was the only  
one run which I do routinely during testing and development. No one  
had ever reported the issue; it's just one that I addressed. If you  
have any other conduit enabled as well as Install, it will always run  
twice as this is the standard behavior; a conduit could run and queue  
up files to install and then we install them at the end.

I know we didn't specifically address anything that is as you  
described it as I have never heard of it before. If the beta doesn't  
solve your problem, please make sure you submit feedback and I'll  
have our QA engineer take a look.
