[missing-sync-palmos-talk] field mismatch problem: Entourage & Treo

I've recently synched Entourage with a new Treo 650.  It appears  
though that just about every "mobile" # from entourage has ended up  
as an email on the Treo, and the emails have all entered up as phone  
#'s.

I guess there is two immediate questions:

1) Is there a way for me to fix the issue so that the fields synch  
properly.
2) If the fields are fixed, would the best solution be to re-set all  
data in the Treo and re-do the synch?  I really don't want to have  
edit 400 records manually.

Using Office 2004 with the latest Entourage conduit, and MissingSync  
5.03
