Hi Jonathan,

If this behavior happens with a desktop overwrites handheld sync for  
Tasks, please let me know and I'll contact you off-list. If this  
happens with a desktop overwrites handheld sync, the chances are very  
good that we'll be able to reproduce the issue on our end.
