I am using MS 5.02 and MacOS 10.4.4 (and prior to that 10.4.3) without
problem. Other than a mistake I made when I bought a new T5 and thinking
I had to install some Palm software that temporarily made my life
difficult, it has worked fine. I uninstalled all the Palm software and
now I don't have any problems. I also have quit using .mac. Since I
moved from 10.3 to 10.4, it just has not worked well and at that time I
also seemed to be having a lot of trouble with MS. Since I quit using
.mac, I have had no troubles. I now use my Palm to sync my home and work
computer. I don't think I do anything fancy, but I can list the other
conduits I have besides what came with MS. They include the Splash Wallet
series, although I only sync the Splash ID every time, since I don't
change my pictures very often; AvantGo synced everytime, LifeBalance
synced everytime, Adobe Reader for the Palm synced occasionally, DocToGo
synced occasionally, and End Note synced occasionally. I find that I
don't use MS photos or MS iTunes as it is just way faster to use drive
mode on the Palm and install my photos and music that way.
I don't know if this helps or not, but good luck.
