[missing-sync-palmos-talk] itunes/contact #'s

I am currently having two problems with the missing-sync software and  
could use some help.  When I try to sync the itunes conduit I get a  
message that says,
Unable to install file "10 I'll Take You There.m4p" (err=0x2A08). The  
handheld may not be able to play that format.  What do I need to do  
to convert the files to the right format so that my treo can read my  
music files.

The second problem involves syncing two treo 650's on the same  
computer with different contact info.  How do I keep my wife's  
contacts on her phone seperate from the contacts I have on my phone.

I am using a Mac with 10.4.4 installed on it.
