That last email from "MF" basically sums it up for me.  I need a way 
out of this quagmire.  I'm still trying to make M/S work again after my 
upgrade to Tiger (and the new M/S 5.0.2).

Perhaps with Tiger's buggy SyncServices, there may not be other options 
right now.  But if there are, I want to hear about them too.  this has 
been such shoddy work on Apple's behalf - its normally not like Apple 
to release such poorly executed "upgrades" in my experience.

this all said, I have received what appears to be very prompt response 
from M/S Tech support escalating my case.  There's no shortage here of 
them trying to make this all better.  I just hope they can, and its not 
all 10.4.3 screwing it up.
