Having used MS for a year or two, I have to disagree. I find their
email support to be poor. I do find this forum to be much more
valuable. I have wasted numerous hours trying to get different
versions to work as advertised.
But, being able to have the people writing the software help you sort
out a problem is much more helpful. Just keep asking the same
question here if it's not addressed by their support and it will
USUALLY get answered.
I have to say I am hesitant to "upgrade" from 5.0.3 b1 (99) to the
non-beta release. I finally have MS working and in the past when I
have updated a working version of MS it has often created new problems.
When the software works it is a good product.
