Hmmh - I don't see any confusion here: the mailing lists are listed  
under "Community", not under the "Support" section of their website.
Also, the description of the mailing list is under the topic "Product  
Dicussion Communities".

IMHO, while it's great that Markspace engineers do monitor the forum  
and chime in when they find time, the purpose of the forum should be  
clear when you sign up...
