Perhaps this should be mentioned in a welcome email when you sign  
onto the list (was it? I don't recall :)  If it was there, maybe send  
it in all CAPS.

Often forums like this, hosted by the company,  are dedicated to tech  
support so I can understand confusion if this isn't made clear  
initially.

Just a thought.
