As others have mentioned, this mailing list is a list for users to  
discuss the product. Mark/Space personnel respond when time permits  
and cannot always respond to every message. Contacting our support  
staff <http://www.markspace.com/support/request_palmos.html> is the  
best method to getting your issue(s) solved. If there are bugs in the  
software that need to get addressed, our support staff will escalate  
the issue, have it investigated by quality assurance and then  
assigned to an engineer to fix. Posting messages on this list will  
sometimes lead to answers, but those of us from Mark/Space that do  
post to this list have other responsibilities that come first in  
order for us to keep updating products.
