[missing-sync-palmos-talk] A REPLY PLEASE????

I should say that I have written the support folks as well.  But my
experience with forums like these is that, in most cases, there is at
least one person from the company with expertise to provide answers to
problems, misconceptions, failures, etc.  If the forum here is just to
commiserate among users, it really doesn't serve much purpose for me. 
Hopefully, the official help address will be the better route.
