[missing-sync-palmos-talk] File busy & Improper Call

Can anyone tell me what is happening when I get a "File is busy" 
message and then get an "Improper Call" which states "The conduit 
("Memos') improperly called exit to shell. This is an error in the 
conduit; you should remove the conduits from the conduits folder and 
contact the conduit developer for a fix" I am running OSX.3.9 on a flat 
panel 800mhz G4 imac. With Palm desktop 4.2.2 syncing with a Treo 700p.
