[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Why no palm OS update?

Sigh...  I've been waiting and waiting for a fix to a bug I submitted  
in April regarding data corruption of my Mac OS X address book when  
syncing to my Tungsten T2.  This bug was verified by support.

I turned down a refund of my money thinking such a serious bug  
couldn't possibly last long.

Today I was very happy to see a markspace upgrade announcement, but  
lo, it has nothing to do with Palm - it's all about windows.

Anyone have a clue how to check on submitted bug status within the  
MarkSpace organization?  I'd love to know what the current status  
is.  I guess the real question is, should I just punt and ask for my  
money back?
