Well I am generally able to sync now most of the time, although it still often takes a long time while MS coordinates with all my other sources to get everything synchronized before sending to the Treo.  I notice other people are also having speed issues.

I'd like to see an option where MS will do all it's preparations (pulling, mingling, co-mingling, etc) on a regular schedule and take a snapshot of those results.  Then when I sync to my Treo it can sync very quickly to that most recent snapshot without all the waiting and effort and failures.
