Entourage is not Apple's Address Book - it has its own method. In the
Entourage contact, just next to the birthday, is a calendar icon. Click it
and select "Add to Calendar". That insert a "Birthday: So-and-So" event into
the Entourage calendar, with a default reminder of 5 days (and the same
category as the contact). So when you enable SyncServices in Entourage
Prefs, including Calendar synching, and then sync with Missing Sync, it
syncs those Birthday events, like all other events, to the Entourage
calendar in Apple's Address Book and thence to the Palm.
