The best piece of advice I can give is to treat one of the machines
(probably the Windows PC) as a "slave" by setting the conduits on it
to "handheld overwrites desktop".  Synching with multiple desktops is
by-and-large safe, as long as you don't modify the same record in more
than one place between syncs.  Treating one of the machines as a slave
reduces the problems you're likely to face.
