[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Sync with Windows and Mac

Hi,

I posted my initial request on the Brighthand forums and was told  
that I look here:

I'm looking for a fairly basic handheld and the Z22 seems to meet my  
needs. However, I need it to be able to sync it with my Mac (iCal,  
Address Book, etc.) as well as with Outlook on my work laptop. Is  
this possible with Missing Sync? If so, would I need to buy the PC  
and Mac versions? Also, are there any documented best practises (or  
things to avoid) when syncing a single device to multiple machines?
