[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Detached events not syncing

I have a couple of detached events for today and they are not getting  
sync'd to my Palm. Is anyone else seeing this?

If it is relevant, I installed 10.4.6 yesterday, and I know there  
were changes to sync services in this version.

What is it that MissingSync uses to determine that  an event should  
be moved/pushed to the Palm. Does sync services play a part?

I've also noticed that a number of Alarms that I specify as being x  
minutes (or hours etc.) before an event seem to be getting changed to  
an explicit time. Why is this happening? Is this a sync services  
function?

Should I report either of these to support?
