[missing-sync-palmos-talk] OS X Update and Missing Sync

Graham,

Your issue with the hangup at initializing session *could* be  
resolved by doing the following:

Quit Address Book, iCal, Entourage, SOHO Office (whichever ones you  
use).
Launch iSync. Go to iSync Preferences.
Click the "Reset Sync History" button.
Restart.
Launch any of the aforementioned applications. That should trigger  
them to synchronize.

Sync with Missing Sync.

For whatever reason, when we begin our sync session with Tiger, the  
other applications that also sync might be blocking that, or just  
taking a long time to complete their sync (which is required before  
we can go ahead).

Resetting the sync history will revert all sync clients to a "first  
sync" state.
