[missing-sync-palmos-talk] "Dual" calendars with SP2

To sync with Palm it has to be in the local calendar. Whether or not you
have it "twice" (i.e. also in the Exchange calendar) is up to you. If you
want an event to sync to both Exchange and Palm, then, yes, you need to have
it both calendars. For "personal" appointments, like haircuts, just don't
enter it in Exchange, enter it only in local calendar, or on the Palm (form
where it will sync to local calendar) and you'll be fine. In fact, the
reason Microsoft separated the calendars was precisely for this reason - so
people could keep their personal stuff off Exchange (where now there will
lots more sharing of calendars by other people, delegation, etc.) The
annoyance is that if you _do_ want Exchange stuff to sync to Palm, you have
copy it to local calendar first.
In due course, MS will be integrating with Tiger Sync Services. I'd expect
that while they're at it, they'll make it possible to sync Exchange
calendars, use all the new Palm fields, etc. I wouldn't expect them to
update their current Palm Conduit since they're planning to go to Sync
Services instead.
My script will be ready soon.
