As far as I can tell, e2sync uses iSync to connect Entourage with your Mac.
Missing Sync uses iSync to sync the Apple Address Book and iCal data. We do
not have that on our list of supported conduits. Missing Sync syncs directly
with the Entourage conduit without the need for third party software. So, I
guess the answer to your question is no, we do not support that conduit.

I then suggested that they should develop support for e2sync since it is
such a good programme. Here is their reply:

Hi,

Thanks for your suggestion. At this time we do not plan on adding support
for E2sync. We know many people use it but it is not within our plans or
scope to support syncing with it. We do understand that Microsoft will be
making some improvements to their Entourage conduit for Mac OS 10.4 users
but don't know any of the details.
