[missing-sync-palmos-talk] bug with repeating events

This was fixed this morning. It occurred because of an error in  
calculating which day of the month (like 3rd Saturday) that doesn't  
happen on all dates (or months) for that matter.

The next beta will fix this by using functionality in Tiger to do the  
calendar crunching.
