This message is intended for all users who are having issues
synchronizing PIM data - your sync fails with an error in the log
similar to this one:

NSRangeException *** -[NSCFArray objectAtIndex:]: index (11) beyond
bounds (11)
ISyncInvalidRecordException you referenced the following records (in
a relationship) but did not actually push them: (
"Ccom.markspace.missingsync.palmos.contacts_3592303_9715963",

I've added extra logging to the conduits to try to shed some light
onto what is going on here. From what I know about the
ISyncInvalidRecordException, it indicates that the data that is being
pushed into the sync engine is malformed - something is wrong with
the data that we're generating based off of what is on the Palm.

This is a difficult one to troubleshoot - I can't reproduce the
problem in any way, and since it comes from the handling of the Palm
data I have no means to get any test data from you. So I need your help.

If you are willing to work with me during working hours (8-5 Eastern,
generally) and be able to run tests with a debugging conduit, then
send me log files (in a timely fashion) please let me know. It may
involve phone or IM, if necessary, and definitely email.

If you're interested, email me at bcriscuolo at markspace.com. I'll be
online at about 8am tomorrow morning, and if anyone is ready to go
then we'll get this started.

Thanks, and I appreciate any patience you may have left.

b
