[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Event copies being added instead of synced...

I've made some changes to work around this problem. It seems the  
10.4.3 update changed the behavior of Sync Services somewhat and  
records that we had said to ignore were coming through as new  
additions with each sync.

We now allow that, but delete the matching (original) handheld record  
before creating a new one.

I've just finished an extensive test, and there are no duplicates now.
