Because the Palm only supports one category per record our conduit  
uses the first AB (but could be other contact applications) group  
that the sync engine hands us. The 1:1 mapping needs to be maintained  
there. We're currently ignoring other groups to which that contact is  
assigned.

Good suggestion though - we could add that to the list of Palm  
categories.

I will check on the deleting of the groups issue - it seems like  
something we can pick up on, at first glance.
