Yes you can do that.

I do excatly that with a Palm Zire 72 (and its predecesor, a Tungsten  
T): Windows Sync at work, Mac Sync at home.

I installed the latest Palm Desktop (4.1?) and I used Chapura Pocket  
Mirror Standard that came with the Palm Tungsten T to synchronize  
with Outlook, then udated it to the latest version (free update on  
Chapura web site). With the Zire, its CD contains an Outlook conduit  
that does the same thing.

You can specify in the Conduit Settings for Outlook Contacts, Tasks,  
Calendar and Notes that you are doing a 3-way sync. with another  
computer.

This configuration is a life saver: with all Palm data at 3 places  
instead of just two, it is easy to recover upgrade problems,  
corruption...
