I have a Treo 650, but I'm seeing a problem similar to Cooper's. The  
address, phone number, email, and company fields get synced, but the  
IM and birthday fields do not.

Also, what about contact pictures? Address Book and the Treo support  
them, but my Address Book pictures are not being transferred to my  
Treo with MS 5.
