[missing-sync-palmos-talk] URL/IM/Bday sync doesn't work

Using MS5 on OSX 1.4.2 with latest versions of Address Book:

1. Create new Address Book entry with name, URL, birthday, and IM
2. Sync my Treo 600
3. Look up the new Address Book entry on my Treo - the new name is  
there, but no other information has synced

Any ideas what is going on here?
