I have the same question (other than that mine is a t615c Clie, hehe).
I don't use iCal or AddressBook or iPhoto, so the advertised features 
of 5.0 seem irrelevant to my needs. Is there something under the hood 
that would make a difference, or am I good with 4.0 still (which 
works fine, btw)?
