[missing-sync-palmos-talk] RE: crash issue

First of all, thanks for the fantastic customer support.  I don't have my machine with me now, but i am using the latest beta of MS, Tiger, I sync my Sprint Treo 650 to MS via iSync (that was a little glitchy in the set up) and so far, everything is working well.  However, I was having both crashes and hangs, and i was able to determine that for me, the culprit was the EndNote 7.0 conduit.  Once I unchecked that, the syncs were fine.  Just wanted to give everyone a head's up about that conduit.  I was also suspicious of the latest PktQuicken conduit, but after much testing, that appears to be working fine.
