Why does each incremental update come as a new installer?  Is there 
some reason that an updater can't be done like so many other 
applications/developers use?  It's not the downloading that's an issue 
but the fact that a restart is required every time and I'm thinking 
that the file(s) added to the System folder, which require the restart, 
aren't modified every time there's a dot release.
