While we do have an internal bug tracking system, we don't use one
that is publicly accessible because many user problems are support
issues that if they got entered into our bug tracking system, our
engineering team would spend far too much time tracking down issues
that may not be issues or issues with conduits (such as Documents To
Go, iSync, etc.).
It is, however, something that we may consider for the future.
