Missing Sync does not control how individual conduits sync; it is up
to the conduit (the one supplied by palmOne) to determine what has
changed or what hasn't changed. If you have exact steps to duplicate
the issue, please contact our support staff so that they can work
with you to resolve the issue. If it is a bug in Missing Sync, we
will work on fixing it.
