[missing-sync-palmos-talk] battery on Tungsten C

This is not a sync issue, but I thought you folks would know the  
answer since you're so handheld savvy.

I have a Palm Tungsten C (Missing Sync installed, of course) and it  
works on a rechargeable battery. I typically leave it in the cradle  
for long periods so the battery is often being recharged even though  
it hasn't discharged much. Is that ok? I don't know battery  
technology and some people say you should only recharge a discharged  
battery to give it a long life and others say recharging all the time  
is fine.

Any ideas?
