[missing-sync-palmos-talk] StickyBrain conduit not showing up on Missing Sync

I've done a fresh install of Tiger and re-installed Missing Sync  
4.0.5 (63).  All my conduits (iSync, Splash*, Worldmate) work fine  
with the exception of StickyBrain 3.6.0.  The actual file is in the / 
Library/Application Support/Palm Hotsync/Conduits/ directory.  But  
it's not showing up on the Missing Sync Window.

I've tried double clicking on the file, it starts up MS, but  
nothing.  I've tried dragging it into the MS window, same.  Actually  
it asks me if it's for current user or all users.... if I answer All  
users, it deletes the file from the directory!  If I answer current,  
it just rejects the file.  The actual Conduit file is 1.0.9, which is  
supposed to be the latest.  BTW, the Mark/Space Memopad conduit works  
fine if that's a clue.
