[missing-sync-palmos-talk] How Do I wipe clean the Address Book & Contacts on Treo 650

After too much syncing back and forth between devices and  computers, 
I've ended up
with a mess on my Treo 650.

Could someone tell me how I can wipe out the Calendar & Contacts on my Treo 650
so that I can copy over my mac's address book & iCal  onto the 650 ?

I don't want to have to do a hard reset if at all possible.


my setup... Missing Sync 4.05,  Treo 650,  Mac 10.3.9, isync/ ical
