[missing-sync-palmos-talk] trouble loading pics onto Tungsten C

I read the instructions in the Missing Sync Manual on loading pics  
from iPhoto, but when I click Export, it has my handheld the first  
pull down menu, but also has SD card in the second pull down menu  
which I can't change. Problem is, I don't have an SD card installed  
so when I export, it goes into the "Files to install on card" pane of  
the Missing Sync window.

How do I fix this?

Also, is there any way to export photos to my Tungsten C without  
going through iPhoto?
