You're complaining to the wrong people, unfortunately, this is NOT a  
Missing Sync issue, but an iSync Palm Conduit issue. If you check  
Apple's forums and some other places, you'll see that people using  
Palm's HotSync Manager (and not Missing Sync) have the same problem.

I won't dispute this; Apple's iSync Palm Conduit should do the  
conversion for you.
