Make sure the phone numbers are all listed as HOME numbers and that  
street addresses are listed as HOME addresses. This is a limitation/ 
bug in the iSync Palm Conduit. Apple has not fixed this bug as far as  
I can tell.

Since there are different notions of repeating events from iCal to  
the Palm, the iSync Palm Conduit from Apple doesn't sync this. You  
should get in the habit of changing all multi-day events to events  
that repeat over multiple days. For instance, your 5 day event should  
be replaced with 1 event that repeats for 5 days. While this is  
cumbersome, this is how it works. Again, an Apple issue.

You must have conduits in that directory; note that this is not your  
User's Library folder, but /Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/ 
Palm HotSync/Conduits/.
