Hi Duckfeet,
Palm devices are treated a little differently by iSync, due to the fact that
two applications must run to complete the sync operation (iSync and The
Missing Sync, in this case).
After you have Enabled Palm OS Syncing in iSync, launch The Missing Sync,
double-click on the iSync Conduit and check "Enable iSync for this Palm
device". Your Palm device will now automatically appear in iSync, and you're
ready to go.
