Anyone else run into this problem? I have a Tungsten T-3 with PalmOS 4.2.1,
Missing Sync 4.0.5, final revision of Panther (10.3.9). I sync daily with no
problems other than an occasional dupe. Use Palm desktop with DateMan 2.03 and
Super Names 2.24 on the Palm. Yesterday I made a series of minor changes
(additions, deletions, date changes) to the untimed events. I made the changes,
synced, no problem. †hen thought of additional similar changes, synced again, no
problem. The third time within a half hour (I'm a perfectionist!) I did it
again, but this time MS crashed. Nothing else intervened - the only programs I
had open were my usual AOL, Version Tracker Pro, and of course the Palm Desktop.
Memory is definitely not a problem on either the iBook or the Palm - I'm only
using about half on either. Well, this has happened on infrequent ooccasions
before after multiple syncs but it always disappeared. So I tried syncing
again. Not this time. Crash. I rebooted the iBook. Synced and Crash. Did a soft
reset on Palm. Synced and Crash. Submitted crash reports as requested. --Bev
